This equipment is a standard intelligent connection and transmission device for SMT production lines, used to connect production equipment in various processes and achieve smooth transmission, buffering, and transfer of PCB boards. The equipment adopts high-precision guide rails and modular design, supporting automatic width adjustment and multi-stage speed control. It can seamlessly connect with printing machines, surface mount machines, reflow soldering, AOI and other full line equipment, ensuring the stability and continuity of material flow in SMT production lines. It is the core connecting unit of automated production lines.

Adopting a highly synchronous belt transmission structure, coupled with an anti-static dedicated transmission belt, it runs smoothly without shaking, with a transmission position accuracy of ± 0.5mm, avoiding PCB board offset, jamming, and dropping problems, and ensuring product circulation safety.

Supports manual/electric/fully automatic width adjustment, suitable for PCB boards with a width range of 50-450mm, can quickly switch between different sizes of products, compatible with various board types such as single panel, double-sided board, multi-layer board, etc.

Adopting a standard modular body design, it supports various length specifications such as 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m, etc. It can be freely assembled and combined according to the layout of the production line, and can also customize special function models such as turning, lifting, and buffering.

Equipped with SMEMA standard communication interface, it can achieve signal interconnection with upstream and downstream devices, support board detection, start stop linkage, cache storage and other functions, and achieve fully automated unmanned circulation.
